Who we are

TeachFX is an edtech startup with a mission of superpowering teachers’ work and advancing equity in the classroom. The TeachFX app uses AI to show educators personalized insights about the learning dynamics in their classroom. We help teachers understand which of their instructional practices -- their questioning technique, lesson design, or use of wait time, uptake of student contributions, and other high-leverage strategies -- are making the greatest positive impact on student engagement and equity in the classroom. We pair our app with inquiry-based professional learning workshops designed to build teacher capacity by leveraging TeachFX data in a continuous improvement cycle that brings research into practice and builds more student-centered classrooms.

We are a growing,mission-driven team and are looking for a Partner Success Manager who shares our passion for student engagement and equity in education. As a Partner Success Manager at TeachFX, you'll report to our Head of Partner Success and manage our partnerships with schools and districts across the country. You will collaborate with our partners to develop and facilitate tailored professional learning sessions that inspire teachers to reflect and grow. You’ll support teachers’ use of TeachFX and drive account renewals.

We’re backed by best-in-class investors including Reach Capital, Ulu Ventures, Newfund, Brighteye Ventures, Pearson Ventures and Osage Venture Partners. We are a remote company and this position can be based anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with partner principals, district administrators and teachers

  • Strategize and plan with school and district partners to help clarify, structure, design, and execute on their instructional priorities for equity and student engagement

  • Develop and deliver engaging, interactive professional learning for teachers and instructional leaders to create space for instructional reflection

  • Monitor, analyze and report on partner usage trends

  • Ensure that partners renew and continue to partner with TeachFX

  • Expand TeachFX partnerships to serve more teachers

  • Collaborate with partners to share the success of the partnership at conferences, webinars and other events

  • Provide thought leadership to instructional leaders about student discourse, equity, professional learning, and teacher feedback

  • Onboard, train and provide technical support to teachers who are using TeachFX

  • Elevate the voices of teachers and school leaders within TeachFX to inform company priorities and to better tailor our offering to the needs of our users.

Who you are

We’re looking for an experienced partner success manager who is passionate about helping educators create conversational classrooms. You might be a good fit if:

  • You have extensive experience working in classrooms and alongside K-12 teachers to explore various ways to strengthen student learning. You can empathize with the myriad challenges facing education leaders, help them see connections between their challenges and our work, and find ways to support them.

  • You are skilled at leading highly engaging professional learning experiences for educators. You understand how to design and lead sessions that will further teachers’ professional growth, and will leave them feeling prepared and excited to apply new learnings in their classrooms.

  • You have experience as an account manager in a client facing role with responsibility for renewing accounts in K-12 education.

  • You have a deep commitment to advance equity and student voice in classrooms

  • You have exceptional communication and organization skills. Whether on the phone, on Zoom, in person, or in writing, people love interacting with you! You can manage dozens of school and district relationships simultaneously and stay on top of the timelines and details associated with each one.

  • You thrive in a highly dynamic start-up environment. You’re adaptable, highly collaborative and comfortable leveraging technology in your work.

  • You enjoy problem solving in the moment and figuring things out as you go.

  • You love learning how to do something new and applying that learning immediately. You’re the type of person who is known for raising their hand to say, “I can do that!” You aren’t intimidated by a challenge that requires you to be ambitious, tenacious, or creative. You are a goal-oriented self starter and you thrive when given autonomy in your work.

  • You have the flexibility to travel regularly to attend conferences, facilitate workshops, and strengthen your relationships with school and district partners. You are available to travel an average of 3-5 days on a monthly basis.

Does this sound like you? Maybe you’re a former school leader or account manager looking to make an impact at scale. Maybe you facilitate professional learning in another context, and want to experience the thrills of an early-stage startup. Or maybe you have an entirely different background or motivation. If this is the right role and the right mission for you, we encourage you to apply!
