We are looking for a Head of Marketing / Marketing Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career to join our growing company and marketing team. This role will be responsible for the delivery of marketing strategy and will report directly into the Chief Marketing Officer.

 
Key Responsibilities

 

  • Drive brand recognition of the Playnetic products through engagement activities via key communication and media channels
  • Responsible for managing and delivering all Playnetic events, including industry trade shows, conferences, customer engagement events and internal staff events
  • Collaborate with Marketing Senior Graphics Designer to build out our growing brand vision that drives consistency of messaging and visual representation of our product brands
  • Evolution of existing interim website and evolution into a new site, including introduction of customer support portal
  • Identify and improve marketing channel engagement through analysis of key metrics SEO, Google Analytics, competitor monitoring, working closely with Analytics team
  • Manage day to day activity of external PR agency, including briefing new stories, managing overarching PR and Media schedule and trade press engagement reports
  • Create and deliver Social Media strategy and plan that aligns to PR, media buying and sponsorship opportunities in the industry
  • Work closely with Product and Games Studios to create and deliver a robust 2024 Go To Market Plan
  • Establish and grow a product marketing process that supports commercial team goals and revenue targets
  • Launching games in multiple global markets including affiliate management and streamer engagement
  • Work closely with CMO to build out and deliver short term strategies as well as plan out longer term goals and vision, setting out processes that drive efficiency
 
Candidate Skills & Experience

 

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing planning and strategic delivery
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, a visionary thinker who will bring creative ideas to the table that have a strategic objective and turn them into plans that they own
  • Highly organised and capable of planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong planning and presentation skills, including putting together and managing marketing planners and presentations
  • Confident building key stakeholder relationships across all levels of the business remotely
  • Agile and ability to adapt to change quickly as business grows and evolves, this role will also evolve
  • Must have experience managing and delivering large scale industry trade shows and events
  • Experience managing 3rd party vendors, including PR agencies, Trade Show Stand Contractors, Marketing Agencies
  • Must have strong management skills, this role will have the opportunity to recruit a support role for delivery and co-ordination
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing disciplines and CRM platforms including WordPress, UMBRACO
  • Strong presentation skills and use of MS Office Programmes
  • Knowledge of iGaming or similar industries
