We’re building an industry leading sales team in a fast, dynamic and evolving space.Reporting to the SVP, Sales you’ll be responsible for driving the Global FullStory Sales Development team forward in line with our aggressive growth strategy. This is a highly visible, results driven role that carries a lot of responsibility.

We are looking for a passionate, data-driven Sales Development leader to help accelerate pipeline across an Enterprise focused client base and coach and manage a team of SDRs. You will be primarily responsible for the management and oversight of the global SDR team, but this is a role where you will lead by example and show the team what good looks like. Strategic enough to build a team, but tactical enough to execute on a day-to-day basis.

You will also be a fantastic business partner who can work cross-functionally with our Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Enablement teams to develop Sales led growth strategies.

 In a typical day, you might:

  • Own and drive execution of pipeline goals by understanding and analyzing top of the funnel metrics, pipeline quality, pipeline progression and revenue produced.
  • Develop and execute new strategies for quality prospecting outreach efforts that yield meaningful results and be scaled across the Sales team.
  • Work cross-functionally with our Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Enablement teams to develop Sales led growth strategies.
  • Implement, improve, and standardize key sales processes in service of driving consistent and repeatable motions that predictably drive pipeline growth.
  • Hire, train and retain our SDR Operations organization through coaching, mentoring and focused employee engagement initiatives.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of business development and pipeline generation experience
  • 2+ years of sales development leadership experience within B2B SaaS with a consistent track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience driving and managing cross-functional initiatives at scale
  • Experience with cutting edge sales development technology and technique including Salesforce, SalesLoft and Outreach
  • Experience hiring and assessing sales development talent

The impact you will have in 6 months:

  • Team is targeting the right personas, accounts, and communicating the value of FS causing an increased flow of qualified opportunities.

The impact you will have in 12 months:

  • Growing the sales development team both in the US and internationally.
