We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team as a Media Buyer across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid search and paid social advertising, with experience managing campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other advertising platforms. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will work collaboratively with our marketing team to develop and execute paid media strategies that drive traffic, revenue, and ROI.

Responsibilities:

Media Buying (Paid Social + Search)

  • Build and manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and optimize campaign performance for paid search.
  • Develop comprehensive ad briefs outlining campaign objectives, target audience, messaging strategy, and creative requirements for various digital channels.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure campaigns are meeting goals and making data-driven optimizations across multiple channels.
  • Stay up to date with the latest paid social media trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and performance

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Develop and present regular reports on campaign performance to the marketing team and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Testing and Experimentation

  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in paid search advertising and apply them to our campaigns.

Requirements:

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others with a deep understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Shopify, and other performance marketing-related platforms.
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies and tools.

Mentality:

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for performance marketing and eagerness to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid media advertising, with a proven track record of driving results for e-commerce or online businesses.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing campaigns across multiple platforms and channels.
