It’s a truly exciting time right now at WhoCanFixMyCar, as the brand embarks on the biggest stage of its growth yet.

We’re on the lookout for a Communications Manager to help support us with this, playing an integral role in growing the WCFMC brand and helping shape its voice to consumer and B2B audiences. 

As a new member within the marketing team, the role will work closely with key stakeholders throughout the whole business and be responsible for building a communications strategy from scratch. Supporting core operations within the UK as well as the expansion of the business globally.

  • Develop a communications strategy that supports marketing objectives in growing brand awareness, increasing users and growing engagement with the B2B network
  • Improve consideration with consumers in the UK through both high-reach and targeted media, covering print, online and broadcast
  • Play an integral role in the planning, execution and optimisations of brand campaign activity and marketing BAU
  • Deliver a digital PR plan that supports search and digital marketing priorities in growing the consumer audience and driving conversion
  • Implement a B2B communications strategy that delivers value to network customers and drives engagement with the platform and its products
  • Establish a thought-leadership programme that maximises the value of WCFMC’s data, offering valuable insight within the car repairs industry
  • Lead the governance of internal and external communications process for WCFMC, including managing the press office and managing spokespeople
  • Shape the communications strategy for GTM opportunities, product launches, partnerships and events
  • Play a key role in international expansion through planning communications in new markets (EMEA)

Requirements

  • At least five years in a PR communications role either in-house or agency
  • Experience working within both B2C and B2B environments, ideally in a business that serves both audiences
  • Experience across print, online and broadcast media with a valuable book of contacts
  • Creativity turning data and insights into compelling news generation
  • Experience working across multiple EMEA regions (desirable but not essential)
  • German and/or French speaking (desirable but not essential)
