eCommerce Manager - DACH

Title:  eCommerce Manager - DACH

Location:  Remote Working (Anywhere in Europe)

The Role  

We are looking for an eCommerce Manager DACH to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, customer insights and driving continuous growth in the DACH region. In particular, this role will work collaboratively with our existing DACH team to further build our brands' presence and market potential in the DACH region across all channels.

Responsibilities 

• Identify both online and offline opportunities to grow Naturecan across the DACH region
• Develop and deepen relationships with key partners
• Identify potential influencer / affiliate opportunities and reach out to new contacts to grow brand awareness
• Engage with key influencer / affiliate partners to promote Naturecan in the DACH region.
• Negotiate best package deals and lock down exposure coverages to drive sales
• Drive Organic Growth through managing the SEO project roadmap; identifying opportunities, executing initiatives and measuring success.
• Connect with partners in the DACH region according to current needs. This could include B2B outreach, agency outreach, payment provider outreach and etc.
• Conduct weekly / monthly/quarterly marketing sales reports
• Schedule Social coverage, Affiliate newsletter, CRM sends with clear segmentation strategy where necessary

Skills  

• Experience in digital marketing and in managing all marketing channels (SEO/SEM/CRM/PPC/Affiliates), and brand marketing channels (Campaign/content/social media)
• German language skills both written & spoken to native level is a must for this post
• Collaborate and lead across the organization
• Prior work experience with Shopify and Klaviyo would be a bonus
• Have a strong interest in developing relationships with key Affiliates and Influencers. Prioritize new customer acquisition strategy at the lowest cost possible.
• A problem-solver and a logical thinker with strong analytical skills, experience working with Analytics platforms
• Interpersonal and team-building capabilities, ability to develop strong trust-based relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Ability to liaise with key partners in the DACH market with resilience is a must. Prior work experience around German Influencer and Affiliates would be ideal.
