DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

As a Digital Marketing Manager for our Aesthetic Division you will be responsible to update and manager all the digital platform Lumenis is currently using. You will be also responsible for introducing new digital marketing strategies within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B and B2C Digital Marketing campaigns;
• Champion paid ads execution and reporting (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Google);
• Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness;
• Analyze and understand our current status, envision the expectation and find a way to reach them;
• Champion the email marketing and optimize communications with a focus on engagement and on customer journey;
• Focus on lead generation and brand awareness, building and developing opportunities for business through the Lumenis digital space;
• Keep pace with industry trends and developments related to the digital landscape and discover new ways to expand brand reach in other emerging platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a digital marketing manager both in B2B and B2C;
• Proven success in managing Social Media platforms and strong digital skills;
• Good knowledge of Salesforce;
• Fluent in English, any other European languages are a plus;
• Able to progress projects individually and as part of a remote team; ability to work independently;
• Able to respond to evolving business priorities and needs, in a fast-paced environment;
• Experience in the medical or aesthetic/beauty industry is of advantage.

The position is based remotely. Preferable locations would be France, Germany, Italy or UK.
