Role 🎨

Design performance-focused, scroll-stopping creatives for paid social assets (Facebook, Instagram) producing new creatives for each bi-weekly testing cycle.
Unleash your creativity and ingenuity by exploring and testing new paid social ad formats (e.g. in-stream videos, instant experiences, 360 videos, etc.) and narrative concepts by uncovering specific performance drivers, creating a test roadmap, and building assets to test.
Elevate the client experience by crafting creative for engaging client surveys, captivating landing pages and compelling content for the checkout page.
Craft assets that breathe life into the client lifecycle.

Sound Like You? 🎧

Experience: A stellar track record of crafting captivating DTC paid social ad content on Facebook and Instagram.
Full Stack Performance Designer: You leverage tools such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom to develop video, motion, and static performance creative that raises the bar for DTC health.
Balances Growth, Regulatory Practices and Brand: You understand how to balance design principles that drive paid social performance while following regulatory and brand guidelines.
Scrappy, Analytical, Efficient: You excel at producing high-quality assets in an extremely fast paced environment. You exhibit a deep understanding of performance marketing and create data-driven hypotheses and analyze results.
