Responsibilities:
â Present and sell company products and services to new and exciting customers
â Exclusive, qualified inbound leads provided, outbound for follow up and referral generation.
â Educate and guide customers- helping them choose superior energy products while striving to provide each customer a perfect experience.
â Working with a competitive spirit- must reach agreed upon sales targets in a deadline driven environment.
â Work with customers on inquiries and throughout the sales process to close deals and gain customer satisfaction.
â Stay up to date on policy, process, products, etc.
â Provide accurate information to the customer throughout the sales process
â Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, from initial point of contact to investigation and resolution of questions and/or concerns
Requirements:
â Solar sales experience required
â Inside sales experience preferred
â Strong negotiation skills
â Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
â Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment
â Strong attention to detail
â Ability to problem solve
â Works independently /self-starter

It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. **
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $10.00 - $25.00, plus commission based upon individual performance. Target annual compensation for top performers is over $100k per year!
