TSIA’s Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audiences, introduce our valuable insights to new audiences, and drive meaningful interactions across various social media platforms. Expertise in social media management, content creation, and analytics are crucial in helping us achieve our marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our overall marketing and brand goals.
  • Identify key target audiences and tailor content to appeal to different demographics and user segments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media channels to ensure we remain innovative and competitive.
  • Identify opportunities to adjust strategy based on changing market factors to further engage with target audiences.

Content Creation and Curation:

  • Create compelling, engaging, and visually appealing content (text, images, videos, etc.) for our social media channels.
  • Curate user-generated content and collaborate with other teams to gather relevant material for sharing.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media platforms.
  • Manage alignment and sign-off on content to guarantee a high-quality, consistent, and accurate representation of TSIA on social media.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and maintain active profiles on various social media platforms including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, and foster a positive online community.
  • Implement standards to coincide with social media platform practices to best engage with target audiences.
  • Schedule and publish content at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.

Community Engagement and Growth:

  • Interact with followers and potential customers, fostering meaningful relationships and driving community engagement.
  • Proactively identify and engage with influencers, partners, and industry thought leaders to expand our social media reach.
  • Implement strategies to grow our social media following and increase our brand's online visibility.

Social Media Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, gather insights, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to the marketing team and stakeholders. Leverage these insights to help educate TSIA on industry trends and high-value topics.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies and campaigns continuously.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in social media, driving successful growth and engagement across multiple social channels.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to use video editing software to repurpose content for YouTube.
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and produce innovative content.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborative spirit to work with internal and external stakeholders and resources.
  • Some business travel is required.
