Role Summary

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our machine learning products by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.

Duties & Responsibliites

  • Develop Product Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, to create and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with business goals and target customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities within the home health and hospice industry. Utilize this information to shape product messaging and positioning.
  • Product Messaging and Positioning: Craft clear and compelling product messaging and positioning statements that effectively communicate the value proposition of our machine learning software solutions to home health and hospice agencies. Tailor messaging for different customer segments and personas.
  • Go-to-Market Planning and Execution: Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop go-to-market plans for new machine learning product launches, feature releases, and updates. Drive the execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, digital marketing, webinars, and events.
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales enablement materials, including presentations, product collateral, case studies, and competitive battlecards. Train and support the sales team to effectively communicate the benefits and differentiation of our machine learning solutions.
  • Customer Advocacy: Partner with customer success and support teams to gather customer testimonials, success stories, and case studies specific to machine learning applications in the home health and hospice industry. Leverage customer insights and feedback to improve product messaging, positioning, and features.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop compelling product-related content, such as blog posts, white papers, press release, and videos. Drive thought leadership initiatives to showcase our expertise in applying machine learning to home health and hospice challenges.
  • Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Analyze data, track campaign performance, and generate regular reports to evaluate the success of marketing efforts.
  • Multi-channel Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events. Optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, computer science, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
  • Preferred experience in home health & hospice industry
  • Proven experience (5 years) in product marketing within the SaaS industry or healthcare technology sector. Experience in machine learning and familiarity with the home health or hospice industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning technologies and their applications in the healthcare sector, particularly in home health and hospice agencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling product messaging and articulate complex machine learning concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for machine learning products, including product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market research and data analysis to drive marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer success, and content marketing.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
