Reporting to the Account Supervisor on the Comcast team to support a customer appreciation program, the primary responsibility of this position is to support the client team responsible for sweepstakes promotions & operations for the customer appreciation program. This position will support in planning, sweepstakes development, execution, prizing coordination & fulfillment, program measurement and post-program strategy.

You’ll thrive in this position if you take ownership of projects, while often managing multiple at a time. You’ll also pride yourself on your teamwork mentality and effective communication with internal GMR teams, customers and various client stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Project Management. You have effective time management skills and can manage multiple projects at once in a deadline-driven environment with limited supervision. You thrive on organization, timely follow-up, and attention to detail.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration. Collaborates with internal GMR teams/support groups to develop the quarterly and always-on sweepstakes program per client requirements. Work closely with the client and Account Supervisor to implement and execute the program(s) as it aligns with the client’s goals and objectives.
  • Professional Communication. You have maintained effective relationships with clients and feel comfortable providing them with recommendations and updates. You’ll utilize your strong communication skills to become a trusted partner to our clients, partner agencies and internal teams – this includes leading status calls, sharing updates on budget/timeline, aligning on feedback and next steps, managing the planning and execution process, providing industry/competitive updates and recapping programs.
  • Promotional Campaign Experience. Previous experience working on promotional campaigns with 3rd party partners, official rules, winner communication and prize fulfillment. You have a passion for how brands can create compelling promotions that drives brand love and engagement. Knowledge of measurement tools and analytics is a plus.
  • Detail Oriented. You own tasks such developing internal and external communication materials primarily in PowerPoint presentations and program operations/logistics in Excel trackers. Being detail oriented is critical to ensure that everything is accurate. No matter how well-planned programs are, things can sometimes go differently than expected due to forces out of our control. We need someone with a history of creative thinking and autonomous work that’s comfortable with solving problems and determining action plans immediately and independently.

The annual range for this role varies between $48,000- $55,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation, personal days and paid holiday time. You are also eligible to participate in disability, life insurance, FSA/HSA plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
