POSITION SUMMARY:

High visibility role where you'll lead our web strategy and sit at the intersection of our company's biggest bets and top marketing investments. You'll partner with internal teams and our advertising & digital agency to reimagine our website and build/scale it into a key channel that drives brand awareness, user acquisition, and offerings for existing users. You'll balance best practices in web design with content strategy and seamless user journeys that inform, inspire, and drive our users to take action, and be a critical partner as we also look to scale our SEO, Content, and CRO efforts.

This is a remote position.

WHAT YOULL DO:

  • Build & lead execution of our web strategy, using best-in-class approaches that maximize performance and user experience
  • Work with cross-functional and agency teams to develop and manage the site strategy and content roadmap, anchored to product launches, marketing initiatives, and key business objectives
  • Manage the creative development, user experience, functionality and content feedback on the website on an ongoing basis in service of our business marketing goals
  • Help to build & manage an intake process that translates stakeholder requests into web deliverables, working with the web engineering team and external agency to prioritize based on delivery dates and business criticality
  • Scope and implement a web performance tracking approach, such that internal teams have clear visibility into success of our web tests & initiatives. Partner with our analytics team and external agency to develop robust dashboards.
  • As needed, consult on the SEO strategy & implementation to ensure we're driving growth via organic ranking

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

  • 7+ years of experience in website strategy & management and digital marketing, with a high fluency across information architecture, UI/UX best practices, content, SEO, and web performance analytics
  • Our ideal candidate has managed the development, maintenance and content strategy for a website, and is skilled at leveraging research, data and insights to support strategic recommendations.
  • Highly skilled at developing creative and data-backed strategic solutions to achieve business goals, and be a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities.
  • Web management experience working on large scale brand & product launch campaigns
  • Proven ability to project manage multiple work streams from creative concepting through launch execution, gaining stakeholder approvals through the process
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail and time management skills
  • Agency management experience with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Robust experience building, measuring, and reporting out on web performance analytics to inform marketing priorities & new tests/tactics
