3Commas was founded in 2017 to build a reliable platform that can help us stabilize our earnings in crypto while taking away some of the emotions that might result in losses. Once the power of 3Commas was realized, we opened it to the world of crypto and the rest has been history.

We have three principles. Provide a simple intuitive interface for traders, develop sophisticated tools to simplify trading, and maintain a reliable, trustworthy, and transparent business.

We are looking for a Local Community Lead for Arabic-speaking countries to join our Marketing team. You will be taking care of all community/marketing activities, developing and executing the strategy for chosen markets, and creating and growing the community for 3Commas.


Requirements:

  • At least 4 years experience working in customer journey automation and retention
  • Experience in launching mass and targeted campaigns across user lifecycle
  • Familiar and proficient in CRM / Life cycle management field and/or email marketing / email automation
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Mailgun, Intercom, Clevertap would be preferred
  • Experience in user segmentation, customer life management, and A/B testing
  • Strong analytic capabilities on analyzing user behaviors and developing user retention journey strategies in marketing funnels. 
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics, event tracking, and data structure. Comfortable in measuring, manipulating, and analyzing data
  • Strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space
  • Experience of working for a Cloud or SaaS business would be considered as advantage
  • Fluent in English 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and lead marketing efforts across our user base, preparing campaigns for all user segments and implement the strategies with highest ROI
  • Take responsibility for overall user lifecycle metrics from activation to retention 
  • Design lifecycle marketing strategies to maximize the sustainable lifetime value of clients via customer segmentation, personalization, automated user journeys, and optimal product and distribution channel mix
  • Develop and own lifecycle marketing KPIs (with a focus on driving conversions via EDM channels such as email, SMS, etc.)
  • Understand, measure, and report on key metrics within the organization 
  • Work with various stakeholders to develop, monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns
  • Build up  marketing best practices (including segmentation, A/B test strategy, email journey) using data
  • Lead, develop and inspire a team of 2 CRM marketers
