Content Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist in the field of payroll accounting and B2B business to interact with our customers and promote our products and services on social networks. The responsibilities include updating our social media pages, responding to followers and tracking user engagement. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent web content writing skills and experience advertising on multiple social networks. Ultimately, you will ensure we maintain a strong online voice and brand consistent with our marketing goals.

• Create content for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
• Create content for company blog
• Create company PDF and case studies
• Close collaboration with the marketing manager and graphic department
• Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors
• Update our social media pages with compelling company news
• Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner
• Basic video/audio editing skills

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Specialist or similar role
• US English native speaker or very good US English
• Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to advertise
• Excellent communication skills, feeling for language
• Experiences with writing for B2B is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of US taxes, payroll rules or HR area is a big advantage
