The Position:

Are you truly passionate about the world of digital marketing, specifically focusing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and paid search? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Gurobi Optimization. In this role, you will develop strategies, execute campaigns, and provide insightful reports for our ABM and digital marketing initiatives.

A strong enthusiasm for lead generation, marketing automation, campaign execution, funnel analysis, and campaign performance drives the ideal candidate for this position. You will work closely with various marketing teams, including brand marketing, creative, content, the Gurobi academic program, alliances program, and DemandGen, offering valuable guidance, recommendations and managing day-to-day campaign activities. As the subject matter expert in digital marketing, your expertise will extend to platforms such as YouTube Advertising, Google Ads, 6Sense, LinkedIn Advertising, and other paid media platforms.

One of your key responsibilities will be executing real-time campaign optimization, ensuring our initiatives perform at their best. Additionally, you will generate regular ROI reports, showcasing the outcomes and insights to stakeholders. What will you be doing:

·       Develop, execute, and measure global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, incorporating relevant audience content, a compelling digital experience, and a well-defined paid media plan to target and nurture potential clients throughout the customer journey effectively.
·       Lead the strategy and execution of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives. Develop a successful Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategy, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and track performance to deliver measurable results.
·       Drive the development and execution of targeted account-based marketing strategies, encompassing account list development, targeted marketing tactics, sales communication, and effective measurement of results.
·       Create comprehensive measurement plans to demonstrate the effectiveness of campaigns and drive success.
·       Monitor campaign performance through Marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and campaign reports, ensuring continuous optimization of marketing channels and improvements in marketing/sales funnel conversions.
·       Provide ongoing communication of results and analysis to stakeholders.
·       Maintain strong alignment with various cross-functional teams, including web, creative, content, events, and sales, to ensure cohesive collaboration.
·       Educate the Marketing team on digital marketing strategies and trends to enhance overall performance.

What experience and qualifications should you have?
·       Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required. Master's degree (MA/MBA) is a plus.
·       Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing campaigns with a strong track record of successful lead generation, preferably in marketing SAAS or cloud products.
·       Expertise in modern digital marketing tactics, including a deep understanding of major paid media channels, ranging from content syndication to paid social, and leveraging intent data platforms.
·       Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executives and provide valuable perspectives and recommendations.
·       Exceptional project management and analytical skills, demonstrating a keen attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting approach.
·       Experience collaborating with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Sales teams, gaining insights into their needs, and seamlessly integrating marketing efforts into their processes to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
·       Proficiency in utilizing YouTube Ads, 6Sense, Google Analytics, and Google Ads in campaign strategy and execution.
What skills and abilities should you have?
·       Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and data through written, presentation, and spoken formats to diverse audiences.
·       Proven experience in building consensus and obtaining buy-in from stakeholders across different teams and levels of the organization.
·       Demonstrated budget management skills and the ability to work within fixed budgetary guidelines effectively.
·       Adaptability and effectiveness in working from a home office or remote environment, particularly in a start-up-like setting.
·       Motivation and drive to achieve assigned Objective Key Results (OKRs) and deliver results.
·       Experience in managing agencies, vendors, and large-scale projects.
 What other requirements should you have?
·       Proficiency in using Marketo and customer relationship management systems, particularly Salesforce.
·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including international teams.
·       Willingness to travel up to 30% or less, as required.
