ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an SEO Manager to join our Marketing Team to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword research. Your objective will be to make sure our content is search-engine friendly and effectively optimized while following brand voice requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Proactively identify technical site improvements and execute efficiently
• Execute first-class onsite and offsite optimization
• Manage optimization projects and report on performance
• Perform ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities, to guide content teams
• Improve search rankings and traffic to our consumer and enterprise offerings by leveraging our excellent in-house content production
• Drive visits, clicks and conversions both for consumer and enterprise streams
• Lead the backlinking strategy and execution
• Monitor competitors in terms of SEO initiatives and organic visibility
  
  

WHAT YOU WILL BRING :

• At least 3 years’ full-time SEO experience, ideally in a fast paced environment and competitive markets
• Tangible results that show how your work has delivered business value
• Excellent understanding of standard and current SEO practices
• Competence and familiarity with content marketing and editorial strategy
• Ability to balance content performance and brand voice requirements
• Firm grasp of technical SEO aspects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – another Ada-supported language is a plus
• Growth mindset – always looking for the next thing that you can learn
• Background in SEO covering both consumer and business content
• Experience with health topics is desired but not required
