The Senior Product Marketing Manager will define, execute, and own the go-to-market strategy for our B2B and B2C marketplace products. You will be the voice of our customers by having deep empathy for their pain points and needs through qualitative and quantitative research and developing solutions to meet those needs. This role provides an opportunity to lead the growth of our brand and products - and set the marketplace standards of customer engagement and excellence.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager @ TWG, you will:
- Execute go-to-market strategies - including targeting, segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, essential messaging, and marketing channels - across the customer journey to convert, grow, and retain our customers
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to create a holistic approach to sales training and enablement, onboarding, and ongoing customer engagement
- Influence and guide the product roadmap by acting as the voice of sales, partners, channels, customers, and the marketplace
- Lead all marketplace-related launches
- Collaborate with our teams closely to create compelling stories and marketing collateral featuring customers and partners across channels
- Be the spokesperson for our platform and develop relationships with key individuals in the wider marketplace community
- Provide competitive intelligence
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience working in product marketing or similar go-to-market positions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Must be analytical, process-oriented, and able to apply structure to complex problems
- Track record collaborating with and influencing product organizations
- Ability to communicate with decision-makers, end-users, and the broader market
- Experience owning metrics - be comfortable tracking and reporting out on goals, measuring performance, and identifying optimization opportunities
- An understanding of product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market planning
