You might be a rising star exec looking to move up, a seasoned pro ready for a fresh opportunity, or a digital marketer with aspirations to work across account management.

You’ll go beyond the brief and help our clients achieve their goals. You’ll manage digital marketing accounts, ecommerce builds and creative campaigns, ensuring we meet deadlines and are efficient in doing so.

Joining an exciting, purpose-driven team to maintain success, you’ll build upon great relationships and grow and develop key accounts.

This role is 80% Account Management, but you’ll need some PM skills to keep things flowing. We love process but are also keen to avoid the bloat and bureaucracy if we can JFDI.

This role is UK-based remote/hybrid.

A typical week and responsibilities:


  • Manage the client’s digital strategy - establishing the KPIs and what matters to them, measuring the performance with the team to ensure we meet our goals and high standards
  • You’ll manage the day-to-day running of their account, working with other channel specialists in the team that will help them grow.
  • With the team, monitor and respond to development support tickets, keeping clients updated on progress
  • You’ll do the thinking for them, seeking the best opportunities and identifying the risks before they do. They will see you as indispensable and know you’re working hard to exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with the team on the direction of development and digital marketing methods, tech and quality assurance processes
  • Work hard to ensure deadlines are met, including monitoring of workloads, assisting with queries, offering support and guidance
  • Plan and coordinate delivery of our client's digital marketing activities, web builds and campaigns, including Paid Search, SEO, Social, Content & Outreach
  • Planning and scheduling tasks with the team and ensuring delivery to deadlines
  • Seeking opportunities for the client to get more value from us
  • Working to and developing KPIs with clients, using data and realistic goals to measure our value with clients

The essentials you'll need:
  • Digital account management experience with at least 2 years at an agency is essential. Working directly with clients to plan and execute projects
  • Incredible organisational and planning skills, thoroughness and attention to detail - you get a thrill from categorised To Do lists and tidy Google Sheets
  • You’ve managed and launched a good number of e-commerce projects
  • Experience managing projects and accounts with SEO, paid search, content marketing and social
  • Used to working with Hubspot CRM
  • Someone that knows their way around Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Google Data Studio & Google Tag Manager
  • A natural flair for client-facing situations; interpersonal skills, including meetings, phone calls and pitches
  • Enjoy the responsibility of being the go-to point of contact for clients and their campaigns
  • You love to build client relationships and get to know the clients as people and their business - you have the confidence and the drive to pro-actively communicate with clients via phone, video calls, email and in person

  • Hands-on experience and success stories abound in assisting with account growth, pitches and new business
  • Contribute to team meetings and proactively put forward ideas and feedback to improve ways of working
  • Experience with Magento, WooCommerce and Shopify would be brilliant
  • Experience with GA4
