About the Role 

We're looking for a Senior Marketing and Communications Lead to join Tre'dish and help launch an exciting purpose driven brand to multiple markets within Canada and the US with the GTA being our key initial launch region. You'll be working closely with the leadership team, a small marketing and content team and other stakeholders to help design and execute our marketing and communications strategy. The key focus will be the execution of an omni channel campaign strategy to ensure our impact thesis and value proposition receives earned media attention and every touch point with our marketing, digital, customer acquisition and loyalty campaigns are fully connected and integrated. 

We are a fully remote team with colleagues across North America with our main presence and team being located in Toronto and Mississauga, ON.   

 

What You'll Do
  • Help develop and execute some of our most exciting marketing and content properties with a key focus on building and launching a national philanthropic impact-entrepreneurship marketing & sponsorship campaign 
  • Work alongside a team of advisors, agencies, and internal team members to build and execute our omni channel campaign and marketing strategy 
  • Design, launch & optimize tactics and experiments across the funnel to effectively scale results 
  • Measure and refine key KPIs and tracking metrics associated with campaign success to influence future decision making 
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in omni channel marketing; including digital, experiential, demand generation, customer acquisition, retention & loyalty and marketing communications (championing our brand voice) 
  • Experience launching a new product or property, campaign planning & execution, goal setting, and building marketing roadmaps 
  • Mission driven individuals who care about delivering impact. Our team is built with individuals who care about solving issues in hospitality including; creating new hospitality careers, creating accessible and affordable food, and empowering small business owners 
  • An outside-of-the-box thinker that brings creative ideas to the table 
  • Comfortable working and collaborating in cross functional teams; integrating yourself within a team of marketers, engineers, chefs & food industry professionals, designers, data scientists, etc. 
  • Self-motivated, comfortable working independently and a desire to learn quickly and take risks 
Bonus, if you have experience: 
  • In an impact-driven organization or early startup culture 
  • Supporting and/or managing PR campaigns & partners, specifically leading comms and ensuring connectivity to omni-channel marketing campaigns 
  • Working alongside product & design teams to optimize user journeys and create world-class user experiences 
  • Understanding of web & mobile analytics, paid media campaign development & management 
  • Planning & executing on social platforms. Including, but not limited to: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube 
  • Building and executing B2B marketing, account-based marketing, channel marketing, and/or partnership marketing strategies
