As our Head of Marketing, you’re a relationship-builder and creative mind, uncovering opportunities for positioning Waracle as a market-leading product digital consultancy. You will work across brand, campaigns and content to develop Waracles reputation among executives and decision makers and generating MQLs. You are a seasoned leader with excellent communication skills and love inspiring and coaching teams.

 

Responsibilities

  • To develop a deep understanding of our business and its marketing objectives.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with marketing colleagues, external vendors and other stakeholders to execute marketing plans across owned, earned and paid channels.

  • Build awareness of Waracle among C-suite executives and senior decision makers and develop our reputation as a leading digital product consultancy.

  • Ensure our content underpins our inbound and outbound (lead generation and ABM) marketing activity, ultimately ensuring we achieve our ambitious growth targets across demand (clients) and supply (talent).

  • Work with colleagues across the business to find and curate relevant marketing content from across Waracle’s ecosystem, in support of UK campaigns.

  • To be responsible for producing best-in-class new content and assets (including blogs, articles, video, infographics, podcasts, and other formats) aligned to campaigns.

  • To implement SEO best practice principles across content and web pages, to increase traffic and drive website conversions (lead generation).

  • Develop our analytics capability for gathering and interpreting data across our channels, analysing campaign activity, tracking performance and optimising campaign activity.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to track and measure brand performance, whilst monitoring competitor brand activity.

  • At all times, leverage research and data to develop actionable, insights-led strategies.

 

  • Extensive B2B marketing experience, ideally gained within the technology/technology consulting sectors

  • Deep experience coordinating campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels.

  • Experience of working at a strategic level, developing brand campaign strategies is essential.

  • A working knowledge of SEO and the latest Google algorithm updates, including experience of creating content distribution strategies in support of lead generation, lead nurturing and ABM activities.

  • Proven track record in campaign management and delivery is essential.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to understand and translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans.

  • Experienced using research, data and analytics to identify and develop actionable insights.

  • A proven relationship builder, with excellent communication, negotiation and presenting skills.

  • A strategic thinker, commercially astute, with good analytical and reporting skill.
