What your impact will be like:
As Head of Marketing, you will be leading and overseeing all our marketing activities and closely collaborate with our CCO Gregor and five Marketing experts in your team. To strengthen our European presence, you will further develop the brand across Europe and implement initiatives to raise awareness and generate leads in our target markets. In particular, you will:
- Develop and implement growth campaigns to promote Exeon’s NDR solutions in our target markets
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and set goals for the Marketing Team
- Identify market opportunities and closely collaborate with Sales and Partner Management to capitalise on those
- Ensure consistent and high-quality communication across various marketing channels
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, refine strategies and optimise results

What makes a good person-job-fit:
We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, team-oriented and enthusiastic individual who’s comfortable in a high-paced start-up environment. In addition, we are looking for certain requirements and skills to establish a good person-job-fit:
- Several years of experience in a senior marketing role in the cybersecurity industry, ideally with an NDR, EDR or SIEM vendor
- Strong and proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- A passion for cybersecurity, innovation and continuous professional and personal growth
- Fluent in English, preferably also advanced skills in German
