About the role

A B2B Marketing Manager to join us. with a focus on data analytics and paid media campaign optimisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong data and insights background to ensure campaigns are influenced by data, research and feedback and have a track record of success in a similar role with a deep understanding of digital marketing disciplines.


  • Manage performance of acquisition channels on a daily and weekly basis including conversion, performance and revenue optimisation
  • Working on the following digital channels - PMAX, Youtube, PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display and Paid Social
  • Lead on optimisation of manual and automated campaigns
  • Maintain relationships with Google Ad Product team to identify data insights for Google strategy
  • Continuously support brand growth through all channels
  • Manage all day to day performance channels activity
  • Creatively work with A/B test landing pages
  • Consistently report on activity and performance channels focusing on paid search
  • Consistently keep up to date with current trends and new technology that will support the businesses growth


  • Experience with B2B lead generation
  • Strong numerical and data management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Current working or have experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of all above mentioned channels
  • Ambitious and creative in nature
  • Meticulous with detail and is able to explore topic in a meaningful manner
