We are seeking a fully-remote, experienced and strategic B2B marketer with a proven track record of exceeding global pipeline targets to join OpenTable’s Marketing team. As a B2B Growth Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and adoption of our restaurant platform, OpenTable for Restaurants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing in the tech and/or hospitality industries. They will have proven experience building and scaling B2B SaaS integrated marketing campaigns, driving significant pipeline, and have deep experience collaborating with sales teams. In addition, this candidate is comfortable in a “test and learn” environment, passionate about data-driven decision making, and has a bias for execution.

This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Restaurant Marketing, and collaborate closely with sales leadership. The ideal candidate will help foster strong cross-team collaboration, bring innovative B2B campaigns to life, and relentlessly track and measure performance and adopt a test-and-learn mentality.

 

As B2B Growth Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Plan, design, and execute cross-functional restaurant-facing B2B campaigns to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and pipeline growth

  • Bring innovative demand generation ideas to life by adopting a test-and-learn mentality

  • Partner with the sales and SDR team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up, building a consistent feedback loop to continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes

  • Help drive programs to implement and automate SDR outbound sequences aligned to key initiatives, with the goal of increasing sales and generating more leads

  • Measure, analyze, and report on performance of your campaigns

  • Collaborate with the International Marketing team to extend campaigns globally across all core markets

 

You have:

  • 5+ years of full-time marketing experience

  • 2+ years of demand generation/campaigns experience

  • Experience partnering with SDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver campaigns that resonate with prospects and deliver pipeline

  • Strong history of collaboration with sales leaders

  • A sense of ownership and a self-starting attitude, but willing to ask for direction when needed

  • Strong analytical mindset, and a desire to test and learn whenever possible

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in the ability to positively and creatively inspire change and direction within professional environments

  • Strong project management, organization, and multitasking abilities

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for New York City is $107,000-153,000. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.
