Kickstart Accounting, Inc. is a woman-owned virtual accounting firm specializing in helping business owners understand their financials.  

Our mission is to transform entrepreneurship through financial literacy. 

Our growing virtual accounting firm is seeking a Full Time Marketing Lead. 

This position will be working directly with the CEO & Operations Coordinator on strategy, then 20-30 hrs/week on execution and monthly reporting.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager with a Sales Focus to lead our marketing efforts and generate sales for multiple revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing effective marketing funnels, closing sales, and working with podcast hosts and online businesses. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business goals and drive sales of our online courses, products and services. 
  • Create and manage marketing funnels to attract and convert leads into paying customers. 
  • Use data and analytics to track and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI. 
  • Work with podcast hosts and online businesses to promote our courses and drive sales. 
  • Manage and develop strategy for internal podcast to generate sales and revenue for the business.  
  • Collaborate with our content team to create compelling marketing materials, including landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, and video ads. 
  • Manage and grow our affiliate marketing program to drive sales through partner channels. 
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with a sales focus.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and sales strategies. 
  • Experience working with podcast hosts and online businesses to drive sales. 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Highly analytical with the ability to use data to inform decisions. 
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
