Marketing Coordinator (Product Marketing Team)

As our Marketing Coordinator (Product Marketing Team), you’ll use your collaboration skills to work cross-departmentally, creating and maintaining cohesive collateral and communication that drives adoption for our products and features.

In this role, you will

  • Coordinate cross-departmentally, gathering pain points and related customer feedback to better position and communicate what issues our product and features solve for, resulting in sales conversion, product adoption, and customer satisfaction & retention 
  • Create and deploy in-product updates and communication through AppCues
  • Maintain a biweekly product-focused newsletter to keep our customers informed on what’s new and what’s coming soon
  • Work closely with Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to assist with messaging for new product and feature releases
  • Create appropriate content and collateral including slides, one-sheets, and emails to support in driving feature adoption; provide additional content and collateral support as needed
  • Draft video scripts for teams across the organization that request marketing assistance
  • Maintain and update internal product marketing and important feature documentation
  • Work in collaboration with the PMM to coordinate and maintain a monthly communications calendar
  • Manage the product marketing slack channel; communicating updates, answering questions, and moderating posts
  • Write customer communications for minor feature releases
  • Maintain our Product Changelog as needed
  • Provide support with general copywriting as needed

If you’re right for this role, you

  • Have a BA/BS in Marketing/Advertising; or equivalent/relevant work experience 
  • Are a skilled and persuasive writer and verbal communicator, with the ability to adapt voice and style to a variety of audiences and platforms
  • Have experience proofreading and copy editing
  • Are coachable, and like working across many different teams
  • Have excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Are well-versed in social platforms
  • Have experience (or interest) in e-commerce

CommentSold’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, outstanding benefits, annual performance bonus potential, and opportunities for advancement.

Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000/year
