What You'll Be Doing:

Developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that reflects our company vision and values

Collaborating with internal and external creative teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints

Managing the development and execution of all creative assets, including design, copy, and multimedia content

Providing guidance and support to our retail, UX writing, and creative teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy

Evaluating the effectiveness of branding and creative initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvement

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with creative partners and agencies

Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the creative team

What You Need to Succeed:

5+ years of experience in branding, creative direction, or a related field, preferably within an agency or fast-paced startup environment

Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and creative campaigns

Strong understanding of design principles, UX best practices, and the creative development process

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into creative solutions

Passion for innovation and eagerness to learn and experiment with new technologies

As a member of a fully remote and distributed team, you are expected to complete tasks autonomously, being highly collaborative and self-driven.
