Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a motivated, creative and driven Junior Social Media Manager to join our growing team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and scaling social media content across multiple brands and social channels including YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. 

Responsibilities:

• Work with Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and implement social media that aligns with the company's objectives

• Create and schedule engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience

• Monitor and respond to social media conversations, comments, and messages

• Research and analyse social media trends and make recommendations to the Digital Marketing Strategist

• Monitor and report on social media performance using various analytics tools

• Assist in the management of social media advertising campaigns

• Collaborate with the Design, Copywriting and Video content team to create multimedia content for social media platforms

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

• Incorporate AI tools and efficiency tools to maximise output and delivery 

• Design for and within company brand & guidelines

• Managing campaign, events, ads, launches, promotions on social media

• Monitoring industry trends and competitors.

• Content boosting and planning

• Content creation is also welcomed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and social media advertising

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organisational and project management skills

• Proficiency in Canva and Present Day AI Tools is a plus
