Product Portfolio 

Cimatron provides toolmakers with an integrated CAD/CAM solution for the design and manufacture of plastic injection molds and sheet metal stamping dies, as well as programming 2D to 5-Axis milling CNC machines. Created with the toolmaker in mind, it provides intelligent automation that complements the toolmaker’s skills to deliver the highest quality tools while compressing production time and cost.

Job Summary

This post holds responsibility for shaping the product and marketing strategy for our manufacturing software portfolio. The successful applicant will work closely with the product management and commercial teams to drive strategic product direction based on market insights and evidence. You will also be expected to work alongside the marketing communications team to define the marketing strategy and ensure that the vision and marketing plan is fully represented, research new ideas through market analysis and competitor research, and develop the go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

• Market intelligence - Perform qualitative and quantitative research with customers /market to provide insight that will support the business goals and objectives. Be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, regulations, and standards to identify new products and service opportunities.
• Understand the competitive landscape - Conduct competitive research and be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
• Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas and accurately describe the value proposition.
• Plan the launches of new products and releases in partnership with all departments.
• Assist the product management team by contribute market intelligence into the development of the product roadmap.
• Use effective analytic skills to manage, monitor and analyze existing products for productivity, sales and profitability, and ROI.
• Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; assist in the development of internal tools and external collateral to support these activities.

PERSON SPECIFICATION


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field.

• Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or similar role in the technology sector.
• Knowledgeable about the CAD/CAM industry.
• Experience in market analysis and competitive research.

• Highly organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• Creative thinker and strong attention to detail
• Analytical mind and exceptional ROI-tracking skills
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of any audience.
• Excellent people and management skills and able to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques to assist marketing communications.
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills

• Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
