Bringing the next million people into the space, connecting high-end brands with their new âmetacommunityâ, while expanding our business from NFT drops to token-gated, Metaverse experiences and [branded] product suites, is our main mission and masterplan.
The VP of Marketing and Community will report directly to our CEO and work closely with the executive level and marketing team to ensure the company's marketing strategy aligns with the business goals, building Exclusibleâs brand and campaign delivery from ideation to launch.
Develop a global vision for Exclusibleâs marketing strategy for brand awareness and brand recognition.
Lead and ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all communications and marketing materials.
Develop strong cross-functional partnerships with Product, Business Development, and other Marketing team members to build a content agenda related to new product development and initiatives.
Partner with the Business Development team to align the GTM strategy and to help accelerate business growth.
Partner with the Marketing team members to increase community engagement and to help define social media strategy.
Master's degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences, or a related field.
8-10+ years of experience with B2B Marketing, ideally in tech companies, digital fashion, or web3 startups.
Innovative use of marketing channels to drive growth and brand awareness.
Strong knowledge of creative and content production workflows for cross-functional projects.
Strong analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail are must-haves.
Experience at a successful startup is a big plus.
Strategic mindset: You should bring creative solutions to every problem and never see a challenge as insurmountable.
Passion for and deep knowledge of NFTs, metaverse ecosystems, and digital fashion.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with a keen ability to re-prioritize on a consistent basis.
Excellent English communication skills, fluency in Portuguese and/or French is a plus.
