Paid Social Specialist

We are looking for a passionate paid social marketer excited to join a world-class performance marketing team and help accelerate the growth of the leading platform for knowledge entrepreneurs. Reporting to the Manager of Growth Marketing, you will be the key player in meeting our goals across the Paid Social campaigns. To be successful in this position, you must have strong experience in Meta, Tiktok, Linkedin, and other social platforms, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to use data to improve performance across your channels. We offer a flexible working schedule and are open to remote and local applicants.

This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven company at its next inflection point. Following extraordinary growth over the past two years, we are now in a position to invest for scale. To help us accelerate into the next chapter, you will:

• Create, optimize, and grow our evergreen Paid Social campaigns to drive traffic, trials, and subscriber growth from Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more social channels
• Monitor the performance of your campaigns daily to ensure proper pacing and performance, focused on data-driven decision-making, ROAs, and driving growth across all platforms; experience evaluating weekly and monthly trends is a huge plus
• Participate in the creation and execution of paid social strategy that not only delivers interest, engagement, trials, and customers efficiently but does so in a way that builds our brand and helps to shape Kajabi’s place in the world
• Constantly create new opportunities for high ROI investment through optimization, creative testing, innovation, and channel expansion that pushes the efficiency curve to new boundaries as it specifically relates to your channels
• Have a talent for proactive problem-solving across the digital landscape that help us know our customer and speak to them at the right time in their journey

Attributes for Success

We are looking for a team player with a growth mindset. Someone who can bring the expertise to make us really good and the deep curiosity required to help us become truly great. You’ll likely be a great candidate if the following traits and experiences really resonate:

• You have 2-3 years of experience across top ad platforms and are able to contribute your expertise on day one
• You are serious about putting customers first
• You have worked in a performance marketing organization and driven campaigns to meet specific company goals
• You know that brand is also a part of Performance Marketing
• Excel is your best friend on the job, and you can leverage it to analyze large data sets with functions like sorting, filtering, vlookup, concatenations, and pivot tables

The salary range for this US-based role is $65k-$79k+ bonus + equity + benefits (health, welfare, retirement, and paid leave). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, education, certain degrees, training, certifications, geographic location, travel requirements, and business needs.
