About the role:

At Stork Club, we’re building a better future for Family Benefits. This is an opportunity to join the Stork Club  Marketing Team, supporting our direct-to-employer and broker consultant market segments. In this position, you will:

  • Work with passionate clinical and product experts who are building family benefit solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand the nuances of the business opportunities to support the sales team and their growth goals.
  • Create compelling marketing strategies and thought leadership content to engage and influence decision makers in the state government space.

The ideal candidate for this role has experience in marketing health care products to self funded employers and broker consultants.


  • Maintain a deep understanding of Stork Clubs business and product solutions in support of self funded and broker consultant market segment, and apply this knowledge to develop product positioning, marketing content and sales materials
  • Partner with the product team to support the product development process from ideation to launch
  • Work with our passionate clinical, product and business experts to develop compelling thought leadership content (white papers, webinars/presentations, case studies, infographics, e-books, etc.) that positions Optum Behavioral Health as a leader in the market
  • Partner closely with the sales team to understand buyer needs and pain points, and the sales cycle. Maintain a working knowledge of the current pipeline in order to target key prospects with thoughtful content at various stages of the buyer journey
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop integrated marketing campaigns and event strategies that drive consideration and generate leads
  • Partner sales to understand our current business, become an expert on new opportunities.
  • Leverage internal and external creative resources for content development
  • Proactively identify and build process improvements to ensure content freshness, drive sales team awareness of new content, and create efficient and effective cross-functional partnerships
  • Interface with our external PR and Advertising resources
  • Coordinate GTM activities for new solutions and key feature improvements.
  • Support account management with product specific customer updates - including product roadmap and key solution and feature releases.  
  • Track and report progress to goals and objectives.


  • 5+ years of B2B Marketing or Product Marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading projects from planning through execution
  • 3+ years of experience managing a marketing budget
  • 3+ years of experience working with external agency partners

The base salary range for this role is between $135K - $160K. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
