Position Overview

When you think of marketing campaigns, you immediately think of performance, attribution, and scaling? Try and error methods determine your approach and growth hacking comes natural to you? Then join our marketing team and actively shape the international growth of Dealfront!


  • Conception, implementation, control of international performance marketing campaigns in social media advertising (SMA) and display (PPC) with simultaneous budget monitoring
  • Optimisation, further development automation of the lead funnel and the customer journey strategy, considering our target audiences, relevant channels, and conversion rates
  • Comprehensive testing of funnel efficiency via tracking, analytics, and A/B testing
  • Monitoring and analysis of campaigns as well as continuous evaluation of relevant KPIs
  • Creation development of clickable ad texts, advertising materials, and landing pages together with colleagues
  • Evaluation of specific lead channels for B2B to develop further sales potentials


  • A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing/communications/computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Sound knowledge of social media advertising (focus on LinkedIn), campaign management, display and native ads
  • Sense for catchy ad copies, creatives ad formats
  • Initiative, ability to work in a team and independent analytical way of working
  • You think in customer journeys instead of just the last clicks map this knowledge into campaign and test structures
  • A plus: experience in conversion optimisation with performance tools, such as tracking, retargeting, tag management, A/B testing and analytics
  • Ideally, you have relevant work experience in B2B software, SaaS, or a technology company
