Partner Marketing Manager - Tech Alliances

We’re hiring a manager Partner Marketing Manager, Strategic Alliances to collaborate, support, and drive the execution of joint marketing plans with our top global strategic technology alliances. You will need to be able to create multi-partner engagement and execution strategies. You will develop, manage, track and report ROI of joint marketing campaigns. This position must interface professionally and effectively with all functional levels of our partner representatives as well as ThoughtSpot marketing and sales teams when planning programs with partners. This position must own both the strategic planning and the hands-on program execution in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment. This role will report to the Head of Field Partner Marketing and will collaborate closely with product marketing, partner sales, field marketing sales teams.

What you'll do:

  • Create an alliance marketing strategy
  • Conceive and develop detailed alliance marketing tactics and execute developed plan, in line with defined organizational marketing plays and goals across all focus technology alliance partners
  • Work with product marketing, go-to-market team, regional marketing, channel partners and other stakeholders, to accelerate the sales process and drive cross-functional launches
  • Contribute into developing enablement content for established sales plays and enablement tools focused on helping internal, field sales teams, and their peers within our partners, to understand target markets and buyers, buyer personas, pains points, and key messages
  • Participate in cross marketing programs, campaigns and initiatives that will drive further market penetration and product lead growth
  • Manage a budget to create joint marketing programs with clear KPI’s
  • Define, track, report and iterate on key metrics before, during and post completion of each activity with a sense of urgency around ROI
  • Apply market knowledge, customer insights and technical acumen, as well as seasoned marketing experience and expertise, resulting in accelerated awareness, lead generation, and other marketing KPIs

What you bring:

  • 5-6+ years of partner marketing experience, ideally from SaaS or cloud data platforms companies
  • A successful track record of launching successful partner campaigns -Experience executing results-driven partner marketing programs
  • Experience creating and executing partner webinars, trade shows, and field marketing events
  • Experience coordinating and activating marketing initiatives -Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented to effectively manage projects
  • Ability to translate marketing efforts into reportable business impact and outcomes
  • Ability to travel domestic/internationally a minimum of 30%
