We are looking for a Field Marketer to join our growing Marketing team at Vitally. The Field Marketing role will work within the Marketing organization and will report to the Director of Demand Generation. You'll be responsible for the hands-on work of managing logistics and online and offline details for projects taking place in person or virtually in the regions this role supports.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the success of hosted and sponsored events, both in-person and virtually i.e. trade shows, road shows, conferences, speaking engagements, community events, customer advisory boards (CAB), user conferences, etc.

Furthermore, this role will be responsible for acting as the liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams including coordinating schedules, team attendance, speaking engagements, logistics, and other action items. You’ll also be responsible for sourcing/working with vendors to coordinate event resources e.g. swag, AV, food & beverage, etc. As part of this role, you will manage on-site teams at in-person and virtual events and drive brand awareness of Vitally, which ultimately drives revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing content to support events including, but not limited to, infographics, one-pagers, email, social, sales messaging, and sales campaigns
  • Sourcing/working with vendors to coordinate event resources e.g. swag, AV, food & beverage, event locations, etc.
  • Build out and document live event playbooks to help scale live event programming in the short and long-term
  • Reporting on the impact of events; increase brand awareness, drive demand, influence opportunities, generate thought leadership, influence retention and expansion.
  • Tracking event budgets and expenses
  • Manage the planning, execution, tracking, and follow-up of Field Marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment between Vitally’s Marketing, Executive, and Sales teams.
  • Own the event marketing relationship with Vitally’s Sales team.
  • Ensure campaigns are staying within budget.
  • Facilitating lead gathering and reporting.
  • Research new and creative campaign and swag ideas
  • Work within Project Management tools such as Asana to ensure that campaigns are staying on track for project completion and that SLAs agreed upon by support teams are being hit.
  • Seeking both financial and marketing leadership approval on campaigns prior to campaign planning and execution.
  • Work closely with the marketing operations team to track event performance and report on pacing to goals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a clear record of Event Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or other relevant experience with the desire to learn more about Field Marketing
  • Has a bias for action.
  • Has experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot.
  • Has experience with event management tools such as Zoom.
  • Is highly organized and efficient—able to tackle complex projects and campaigns and own them from start to finish.
  • Strikes a balance between creativity, technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and execution.
  • Is results-driven — deliberate in measuring and reporting on the success of each initiative.

Requirements:

  • Love for event planning!
  • Ability to travel within North America, EMEA, and APAC regions 3+ times a quarter to support events
  • 1-3 years of Event Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Generation or other relevant experience with the desire to learn more about Field Marketing.
  • Clear track record of success supporting cross-functional teams in B2B SaaS to drive rapid revenue growth.
  • Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup.
  • Team player and an all-around good person.
  • An ability to wear multiple hats and deliver results on time.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience creating emails and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of event management tools, including Hubspot, Bizzabo or equivalent.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for learning and growing!
