As the Product Marketing Enablement Manager at Bonusly, you will drive our relationship with sales enablement and be the primary product contact for all enablement. In this position, you will work closely with product management, sales enablement, and rev ops to develop and roll out enablement that helps the field in everything from the sales plays to product launches. Bonulsy’s Marketing function is a revenue-driven organization. This role will be measured on the success of the sales motions, how successful each sales play is in the market, and the sales team’s utilization. At Bonusly, you’ll…

  • Ensures that the marketing message is translated into content to support all customer-facing teams to have a more effective customer conversation.
  • Develop sales enablement tools and collateral that support the selling process and reduce sales cycles.
  • Familiar with creating and updating collateral such as, but not limited to, competitive battle cards, product brochures, demo/pitch decks, discovery guides, sales playbooks, and personas.
  • Translates features to values by creating assets that sales and success teams can use so customers can understand how Bonusly helps them solve their problems.
  • Takes information and packages it for one-to-one communication
  • Experience in building out effective sales plays, playbooks, and enablement for integrated campaigns.
  • Be a subject matter expert on customer personas (buyer, user, influencer) and develop strategies for updating and communicating personas across the company.
  • Partner with the Sales Enablement team to create training and enablement by segment/role/function.
  • Ensures the sales team can articulate Bonusly’s business and product differentiation across our target buyer segments.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver sales enablement sessions for new and sales professionals to accelerate onboarding and shrink time to quotaDeliver weekly sales enablement sessions on a variety of topics, including competitive updates, as well as product and market updates and positioning.
  • Be able to provide the appropriate level of training for every sales stage, starting at the SDR level to the Enterprise Account manager.
  • Keep pulse on customer pain points as it relates to product capabilities while understanding the prospect to customer journey
  • Stay up to date on product releases and lead internal communications with sales and success of marketing’s external communications.
  • Creates project plans, meets timelines, and keeps all parties informed

You’re a great fit if you…

  • Have a strong understanding of product marketing concepts, approaches, and tools
  • Experience in product marketing, including (but not limited to) market sizing, market segmentation, customer persona definition, messaging/positioning development, competitive positioning, pricing, packaging, product launches, and market research.
  • Output orientation with the ability to create high-quality, consumable sales and customer-facing content, including web content, presentation material, solution briefs, and sales enablement collateral.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to launch and coordinate high-impact projects with minimal oversight.
  • Experience interfacing with business level buyer personas in mid and enterprise market segments,enabling sales to position and sell initiative level solutions. Experience in a fast-paced startup and scale-up environments – tolerance for a high degree of change.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum three years of professional experience in product marketing or product management.
  • Experience in sales for B2B SaaS products.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $83,725 – $113,275
  • Equity: 0.03%- 0.07%
