We’re looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Support Representative to join our talented and growing SEO team. As an SEO Support Rep at Luxury Presence, you’ll be positioned to help clients maintain their online presence, the home base for their businesses.
In this position, you’ll be counted on to provide guidance, education, and solutions to your clients. To be successful, you’ll need to practice empathy, quick thinking, and have an understanding of marketing, specifically SEO. Most importantly, you’ll be a partner to our clients as they grow their businesses.

You’re gifted at:

  • Communicating complicated technology and marketing concepts to clients with expertise ranging from novice to advanced
  • Advising clients on SEO best practices
  • Being a team player
  • Client outreach and follow-up via email and phone calls

You have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • A deep sense of empathy for customers
  • The ability to be an out-of-the-box thinker and be resourceful
  • The drive to solve technical problems creatively and quickly
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

You command:

  • Project management (oversight of 1000+ clients)
  • Collaboration and communication with every team in a business
  • Teaching and helping customers
  • Curiosity: you love to dig into problems and find solutions
  • Start-up hustle & teamwork
