We are seeking a full lifecycle Product Marketing Manager to join the CRM team

ABOUT THE ROLE

We know how to build products features that our users want - but how we are going to present those products features to our users needs to be part of our development process. This role will work with product managers to think through the message and the medium for promoting features to our users. They'll work with the rest of the CRM team to determine how product marketing messages will be integrated into our existing programs, and will work with the growth team to communicate key value propositions for our new products features.. The person in this role will have plenty of experience in A/B testing, and hands-on experience using Braze or a similar CRM platform.

• Work closely with product teams to develop key messaging, and value propositions. You should help determine the story of a product as it is being developed and ensure that user-facing messages carry the Rocket Money wording voice.
• Together with the product team, educate existing users on our product features and their benefits.
• Create messaging that articulates the benefits of our products and determine how that messaging should be integrated into our existing CRM strategy.
• Work with our growth team to determine how new, existing, and upcoming product features can be used in outbound marketing, along with creating materials for internal audiences throughout the FOC
• Lead testing efforts for product marketing messages
• Act as liaison between CRM team and research team to integrate new customer insights into our CRM/PM strategy and to request new research to help drive future strategy.
• Create on our new/upcoming/existing features.

ABOUT YOU

• 4+ years experience in product marketing and/or CRM. FinTech experience is a plus.
• Effective communicator - both internally and externally
• A hacker's mentality of natural curiosity - you love digging into problems and innovating ways to solve them
• A proven track record of turning data insights into marketing strategies and messages with measurable success
• Project management and operational skills
• Possesses a strong sense of customer empathy and cares deeply about our mission to help users navigate their financial lives

Additional information: Salary range of $90,000 - $160,000. Base pay offered may very depending on job-related knowledge, skill, and experience.
