Director, Paid Marketing

We are looking for a candidate who is excited to embrace the opportunity to create a world class paid marketing capability and help accelerate the growth of the leading platform for knowledge entrepreneurs. Reporting to the Vice President of Growth, you will be one of the key leaders in our business with responsibility for overseeing all of our online and offline paid media channels and budget.

This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven company at its next inflection point. Following extraordinary growth over the past two years, we are now in a position to invest for scale. To help us accelerate into the next chapter, you will:

• Build a team of exceptional marketing professionals, creating a high impact, high performing group that loves our customers, data, learning and innovation
• Define and deploy a paid media strategy that not only deliver leads, trials and customers efficiently, but does so in a way that builds our brand and helps to shape Kajabi's place in the world
• Constantly create new opportunities for high ROI investment through optimization, aggressive testing, innovation and channel expansion that pushes the efficiency curve to new boundaries
• Assemble a strong foundation of tools, technology, measurement, data and processes that will allow us to scale paid media quickly, confidently and efficiently across segments, channels and markets
• Have a talent for lead generation and building effective funnels across the digital landscape that help us know our customer and speak to them at the right time in their journey

The salary range for this US-based role is $136k-$180k + bonus + equity + benefits (health, welfare, retirement, and paid leave). Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, education, certain degrees, training, certifications, geographic location, travel requirements, and business needs.
