Salary: $175,000 - $275,000 per year

This position is fully remote, but ideally the candidate would be local to the Atlanta market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic & Leadership Initiatives:

  • Works across the organization to align external and internal marketing initiatives to company objectives and goals
  • Influences key stakeholders and internal teams to drive growth within existing business as well as with new logos
  • Drives/participates in the development of major marketing initiatives, research activities (Qualitative and Quantitative) and advertising campaigns, to include overall company marketing plan
  • Offers expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and event campaigns
  • Manages agency's 3rd party partners and vendors on paid marketing, earned marketing, and organic marketing initiatives
  • Develops content to support company purpose statement, mission and values
  • Leads development, execution, and integration of internal and external company rebranding efforts
  • Drives efforts to create Employee Value Proposition and all other elated internal marketing touchpoints
  • Manages company website and supports Talent Acquisition in building employer brand in external marketplace


Team Leadership:

  • Directly manages team members and provides consistent developmental feedback, removes obstacles, holds them accountable to achieving assigned goals while also providing developmental growth opportunities
  • Fosters teamwork and a constructive work environment.
  • Encourages, recognizes, and rewards innovation and creativity


Client Acquisition & Development

  • Actively leads, manages and participates in all Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI)
  • Creates presentation decks for client proposals
  • Presents to new, existing clients
  • Offers insight and participates in creation of the Sales & Marketing Strategic Growth Plan
  • Assists & supports sales forecasting and product branding plans
  • Identifies, researches, and follows up on warm leads generated by website traffic and other sources
  • Attends conferences to showcase company at exhibits, network with attendees to identify available industry resources as well as to drive new prospecting opportunities


Market Knowledge & Trends:

  • Maintains deep industry knowledge and market intelligence on marketing and brand trends, competitors & their industry trends, regulatory impacts, and other related insight to proactively address client needs


Administrative Support:

  • Provides weekly summary reports on Hubspot activities
  • Provides ELT reports/snapshots of campaign activities & results
  • Controls budgets and monitors resource allocation as appropriate
  • Reports on web analytics and uses information to drive decision-making, solution creation


IDEAL CANDIDATES:

  • You've led marketing efforts for an advertising agency for 5-7+ years, ideally working with retail & CPG clients in B2B & B2C capacity
  • You've earned a 4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or other similar disciplines
  • You are collaborative and creative with experience in company rebranding efforts.
  • You are wildly curious with a growth mindset, always focusing on how you pivot or redirect, not what the roadblocks are
  • Your track record of converting warm leads to HOT leads & signed SOWs speaks for itself
  • You've got proven success in creating actionable & innovative marketing plans
  • The RFPs/RFI answers, client decks and presentations you've put together are second to none
  • You've managed external partners, particularly as related to paid, owned, and earned media
  • Managing budgets and resource allocation/management is a piece of cake for you
  • You had a great time in college earning that 4-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related disciplines
  • Ideally you've worked with Hubspot or other CRMS, identifying, capturing, and following up on leads
