Our ambition is to deliver unique and first-in-kind financial products, highly personalized around physician needs and delivered in a comprehensive, coordinated and automated way.  We are well on our way to achieving this ambition, having launched a beta version of the offering in May, and now with nearly 100 clients and $65M in client assets. The product itself, even at beta, is delivering a stunning increase in physician financial outcomes.

About the role:

The Chief Growth Officer is obsessed with building a world-class growth function, enabling the business to scale and our physician clients to achieve transformatively superior outcomes.

 

In this role, you will stand up our acquisition engine, building on our early in-market learnings. You will lead our high-performing business development and marketing teams. Your organization will be responsible for generating demand for our products & services, closing deals, and optimizing the customer-acquisition process using full-funnel analytics. 

 

You will report to the CEO and work closely with a strong and experienced leadership team to deliver against our revenue goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy

  • Own client, asset, and growth targets; building and leading a cross-functional team to achieve those targets

  • Drive a sophisticated “full-funnel” approach to growth, which includes, but is not limited to:

    • Persona identification and targeting - we are building the largest and most comprehensive database of all physicians in the US (third party and first party) and with the possibility of segmenting our focus by stage, practice settings, employment type, and specialty 

    • Lead generation - generate leads through a robust range of online and offline channels including professional association events, performance marketing, partnership, content marketing

    • Lead nurturing - moving priority leads through a sales process to close, also through online and offline techniques

  • Generate partnerships with professional associations and B2B relationships to drive growth objectives 

  • Develop and continually refine full-funnel analytics and dashboarding that enable performance acceleration using a data-driven decision approach

  • A critical member of the leadership team, expected to influence the position direction of the business as a whole

  • A high-performing expert who has deep experience in building, scaling, and leading growth, marketing, and business development teams to rapid revenue growth; specifically: 

    • Build and manage a system that spans the top of the funnel through multiple channels as well as a human close process 

    • Build and manage a modern analytic ecosystem in a complex environment - can ensure the ecosystem is set up to drive decisions on the basis of deep analytics

    • Stay current on sales and marketing technology to enable analytics and optimization 

    • A brand-aware leader who can optimize creative and content as key contributors to driving growth 

  • The successful candidate knows what world-class looks like and can build it; they can: 

    • Effectively learn about the vertical we are serving 

    • Evidence impact in a highly considered purchase environment with a multi-week lead-to-close cycle

  • You are purpose-driven, inspired by pioneering an entirely new category

  • You are able to attract, motivate and retain a strong team that can thrive in an early-stage environment
