We are looking for a Growth Hacker to generate insane growth for our products. As a Growth Hacker at MetaPals, you should be comfortable in ideating, conceptualising, and executing creative and innovative marketing campaigns that goes beyond conventional means. You would do well if you possess that burning desire to constantly experiment growth ideas that doesn’t restrict your creativity. We need someone that bends the rules, thinks outside the box, and challenges the status quo.

About MetaPals = Web3 + Gaming + Tamogotchi

MetaPals are desktop companions that eat, sleep, and play. Through the utility of NFT’s, the developing GameFi business model, and the simplicity of a browser extension, we’re creating digital life that fosters a genuine sense of virtual companionship. All of this is packaged in a small digital pet that lives on your screen, that you will grow to love.

Metapals is much more than a browser extension. It is the first step to bringing life to the Metaverse. The Meta could easily be a very stale, boring, and dull place that is used for advertisements, work, and novel gimmicks. But it can be so much more, if we add compassion. I can't think of a better place to bring life to the meta than with mans best friend, a dog, or pet for that matter. Metapals gives a peek into how we can begin to live a life that is half reality, half in the meta. We then will slowly merge these two, to allow a truly immersive experience that makes a Metapal you're companion to the metaverse.

Based in Singapore, we are a remote-friendly company with the possibility to work both off and on location.

What we’ll accomplish together

• Build innovative and ground-breaking campaigns that make headlines and garner worldwide attention.
• Research and understand our company’s long-term goals and identify growth opportunities for our company.
• Implement projects to achieve growth goals for our company.
• Use data, analytics, and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies.
• Propose new and creative initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads.
• Develop and execute online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels.
• Analyze marketing data and user feedback.
• Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research.
• Report on initiatives and projects to management and founders.

A little about you

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar.
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a related role. (It does not matter if you have the actual number of years of experience but can you perform at a level similar to an individual that does)
• Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development.
• Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
• Proven experience in successful growth implementations and interventions.
• Possess creative, problem solving, and innovativeness.
• Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas.
• Highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in your pursuit of growth.

Plus point

• Experience working with international teams and global markets.
• Experience working in gaming industry.
• Great understanding of GameFi, Web3, NFT, Cryptocurrency, and Blockchain.
• A hunger to be bold and break things.
