We’re looking for a creative and hard-working Email Marketing Manager to help us empower creative people to make a living doing what they love. If you’re passionate about email marketing, and are equal parts creative and performance driven, this might be the role for you. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue, user growth, retention, and engagement across email for Dribbble and Creative Market. You’ll have the opportunity to drive real impact to the business and our diverse community of creators, while tackling fulfilling opportunities.

As an Email Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning strategy and establishing best practices across all email streams for Dribbble & Creative Market; including onboarding, re-engagement, drip campaigns, and transactional messages — to drive healthy list, user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Planning and executing ongoing email optimization testing to continuously improve email performance across health, engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Defining and owning our email content calendar while working collaboratively with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure customer needs are met with valuable and engaging content throughout their journey
  • Identifying, creating, and optimizing lifecycle campaigns that deepen the customer experience and unlock new growth opportunities
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to identify opportunities to increase acquisition and retention of email subscribers across all channels – creative, paid, social, affiliate, content and web product.
  • Monitoring the market to keep ahead on best practices and trends. Be the expert user of our email platform leveraging new releases and features to the fullest.

We’re looking for:

  • Relevant experience: You have 3+ years of previous enterprise-level email strategy and execution experience including extensive triggered programs and audience segmentation. You have a deep knowledge of email best practices and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to derive insights from performance metrics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. You have a keen eye and strong point of view on effective creative and copy for the channel.
  • Natural curiosity and the ability to test, learn and iterate rapidly. You can demonstrate ways that you used testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and an understanding of how channels can work together to compliment one another.
  • A self starter. We’re not big on micromanaging around here, so you’re comfortable managing your own time, working independently, while knowing when to ask for help.
  • Experience with the design community and/or design led brands is an asset.

Benefits

At Dribbble, you’ll join a diverse team dedicated to learning, teaching, and growing; as individuals, as a team, as a business, and as a community. As a workplace, we pride ourselves on doing right by our employees, and have a benefits package that makes being a part of the Dribbble team a dream job and something to be really proud of:

  • 100% remote: so you can work where you feel most comfortable and inspired.
  • Stay healthy: generous medical and dental for both you and your dependents.
  • Relax and unwind: with plenty of paid vacation, and paid sick time for when you need it.
  • Paid volunteer days: for you to spend giving back to non profits/organizations that are important to you.
  • Celebrate: we observe both US and Canadian holidays – and a whole week of rest in December.
  • Family leave: Paid time off for when your family grows.
  • Save up: put pre-tax savings into a 401k/RRSP – we’ll match a portion of your contributions.
  • Fitness fund: to help you feel your very best.
  • Equipment fund: so you can deck out your home office.
  • Monthly coffee budget: Grab that latte – it’s on us.
  • Learning and development: Keep growing with paid courses, books, and conferences.
  • Hang out: we get together at least once a year for some in-person face time.
  • Pro tools: MacBook Pro (or Air) and all the tools you need to do a great job.
