Norion is a startup, built from scratch by the ICEO team. It is an innovative organization in which we help enter the world of blockchain and Web3.
Obecnie poszukujemy energicznego, kreatywnego, dobrze zorganizowanego i zmotywowanego Menedżera ds. Mediów Społecznościowych i Społeczności, aby zwiększyć naszą obecność i grono odbiorców. Jeśli jesteś zaznajomiony z przestrzenią Blockchain/Crypto/NFT, trzymasz rękę na pulsie aktualnych trendów na tych rynkach i dobrze znasz zasady panujące w społecznościach kryptowalut, być może szukamy właśnie Ciebie!
Twoje obowiązki będą obejmować:
- Ustanowienie strategii rozwoju naszej globalnej społeczności kryptograficznej i zapewnienie jej wdrożenia
- Określanie i utrzymywanie KPI w zakresie mediów społecznościowych i budowania społeczności
- Zarządzanie i moderowanie naszych społeczności na naszych kanałach, w tym na Twitterze, Telegramie, Discord, Linkedin.
- Wzmocnij nasze wytyczne społeczności dla użytkowników, zarządzaj indywidualnymi sytuacjami użytkowników, śledź i raportuj wskaźniki, monitoruj konkurencję itp.
- Wyszukuj, twórz i publikuj jasne i atrakcyjne treści w mediach społecznościowych i społeczności, takie jak: biuletyny, informacje o projektach i ogłoszenia dotyczące partnerstw.
- Organizowanie działań dla naszych społeczności, w tym konkursów, zadań, mini-gier, quizów, AMA
- Monitorowanie i raportowanie opinii i zaangażowania odbiorców.
- Korzystaj z narzędzi mediów społecznościowych, aby śledzić i wykorzystywać pojawiające się trendy, memy i narracje w społeczności kryptowalut.
- Współpraca z działem marketingu oraz innymi działami w firmie
- Korzystaj z mediów społecznościowych, aby zwiększać świadomość i ruch na naszej stronie internetowej i w kanałach.
- Uruchom działania aktywizujące influencerów i społeczności stron trzecich, takie jak konkursy AMA itp.
- Monitorowanie trendów na rynku oraz poszukiwanie nowych narzędzi i taktyk umożliwiających budowanie społeczności na globalnym rynku.
- Maintaining our community of early adopters and brand ambassadors.
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members to develop communities in specific countries.
What we expect from you:
- 2+ years experience in crypto community management (strategy, research, marketing, and copywriting) on Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Linkedin,
- proven successful implementation of community building strategy,
- experience in creating content for different social media,
- strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
- strong knowledge of the crypto world and its verticals (DeFi, CeFi, Infrastructure, GameFi etc.)
- experience in organizing and running activities within the community (contests, quests, mini-games, quizzes, AMAs),
- experience in the crypto industry (as a user or a community manager or other),
- understanding of the different blockchains, and current trends,
- the ability to explain complex projects to the community, as well as how our launchpad works,
- result-oriented with the ability to multitask and deliver on short deadlines,
- passion for blockchain and crypto.
- openness to interact with people from different cultures,
- good management of work and priorities,
- personal social media activity (Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, Discord).
Welcome:
- knowledge of Jira and Confluence,
- experience in community management within a crypto project,
- strong personal community on social media
- ability to explain complex topics and make them easy to understand
