About the Role Team

What You'll Do

  • Dashboards - continually evolve and improve our existing marketing dashboards within Tableau/Salesforce so that teams at all levels can understand what's working, what's not working and where they stand
  • Insights Reporting - partner with functional marketing teams to help define and report on KPIs. Ensure team KPIs and reporting are aligned to marketing/company goals
  • Process systems - work with Marketing Operations and Systems teams to continually improve our funnel data and the insights that can be built on top of it
  • Exec Communication - Put together materials to support our recurring rhythm of business exec reporting cadence

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, sales analytics, business operations, or other analytically-focused role
  • Knowledge of the marketing/sales funnel
  • Ability to partner with executives and stakeholders cross-functionally
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (e.g. should know commonly-used functions such as INDEX(MATCH), VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables)
  • SQL experience not required but a plus
  • Excellent presentation and communication skill and attention to detail
  • Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow-through; can own and take tasks through to completion
  • Experience with Salesforce and data visualization applications (Tableau, Looker, etc)
  • Additional experience working at a high-growth startup or tech company
