Sr. Video Producer

We're looking for an experienced, creative, and resourceful Sr. Video Producer to join our Creative team and help shoot, edit, and build out our video program at 1Password. This is an incredible opportunity to help shape 1Password’s video look, feel, and presence. 

You have a proven track of consistently creating beautiful and engaging corporate videos. You’re hands-on and on top of the details, and consistently engaged throughout the entire production process. You are committed to empowering a world-class team to do their best work.

What we're looking for:

• Expert knowledge of pre-production, production, and post production.

• A Proven track record of creating a scalable video program from its inception, including the assembly of a catalog of gear for shooting.

• Comfortable representing 1Password in front customers and the ability to both interview and drive on camera conversations.

• Familiarity working with multiple internal teams to create necessary videos that are both external and internal facing.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables seamlessly. 

• A solid working knowledge of motion graphics.

• Experience working with freelance producers, shooters, and crew in various time zones.

• Global perspective shaped by working with teams and programs around the world.

• Outstanding communications and interpersonal relationship skills.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Tenacity for execution and delivery.

What you can expect:

• Build out our video production program and process, including setting up repeatable processes for a variety of video and still shoots. This includes developing a crew list to help with lighting, hair and makeup, wardrobe, and more.

• Work closely with our Creative and Brand Directors to strategize and prioritize video timelines, budgets, and schedules.

• Shoot on location videos documenting customer stories, in studio b-roll, and product release videos.

• Manage a team of two motion graphic designers while growing their influence in the video program and creative in general.

• Collaborate across creative, marketing, and the company to showcase the power and effectiveness of video as a tool that contributes to company growth.

United States-based roles only: Minimum annual salary for this role is $99,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. All employees are owners of 1Password and receive an equity grant as part of their total package. At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
