ConstellR has offices in the European capital, Brussels, situated between the attractive Etterbeek and Watermael districts and in beautiful Freiburg, in south west Germany, bordering the Black Forest and in close proximity to France and Switzerland.

The role

‍We are searching for an analytical, creative and highly motivated marketing professional with a track record in delivering successful marketing campaigns and driving growth through effective product marketing and positioning. You will be up to date and enjoy learning the latest digital and product marketing tools whilst being comfortable with developing strategies for marketing high-tech products and services.

You have a passion for building a brand with purpose and developing a motivated, high-performing team who can leverage their expertise to support both brand development and inbound sales. Your role will be instrumental in driving forward the company’s international growth and positioning, both as a leading earth observation service provider but also a top place for employees to thrive and develop.

Research, design and deliver a product marketing strategy and plan (digital, direct, offline etc.) to support constellr’s growth and ongoing positioning in the market. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering innovative, successful campaigns.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the business, including in product and commercial to specific marketing objectives across different channels to ensure our marketing is well-aligned with our sales strategy.
Drive constellr’s employer branding strategy to help refine our product and team positioning and messaging as well as support in the standardization of communications and media materials.
Implement lean yet consistent and effective marketing performance, tracking and reporting processes to ensure continuous oversight, optimisation and growth.
Manage a network of agency partners to develop integrated materials and campaigns (briefing, providing strategic feedback, driving delivery, managing budgets and timelines).
Undertake audits of the market to provide competitive insight, and continually review and refresh communication strategies to ensure we stay relevant to customers and strengthen our brand equity.
Support in the development of content for our key social media channels as well as the company blog, media and other creative materials.
Ownership and optimisation of the constellr website including landing pages, SEO and other relevant content and customer engagement elements.

Your skills & experience

Marketing experience in an agency or in-house for a high-tech company; strong experience of technical content writing, channel and campaign management.
Experience of developing and running B2B marketing campaigns in European and overseas markets.
A long-term motivation for developing a purpose-driven global brand, which helps drive both commercial and team growth.
A deep understanding of digital marketing tools, products and services and a strong understanding of the use and value of marketing technology, automation and analytics.
A deeply collaborative person who can partner with, learn from and coach peers and junior team members. Able to engage at all levels of the organization and to represent the company externally-
Excellent written and spoken English
Graphic design and other relevant marketing software experience a massive plus however not essential.
The ability to work autonomously and analytically and be results-oriented
High discipline in view of the mission ahead.
