About FamPay
FamPay is building India’s first neo-bank exclusively teens. FamPay helps teens make their own online and offline payments through UPI, FamPay App and FamCard. Our aim is to make banking cool for teens and to help them learn the value of money, savings and spending wisely. We are on a mission to raise a new, financially aware generation, and drive 250 Million+ Indian teenagers to kickstart their financial journey super early in their life.

About this Role
At FamPay, we are revolutionizing the way teens pay and perceive finance. Our mission being to become the most loved brand among the digital native young cohort of India, a Performance Marketer at FamPay plays a crucial role in managing our content productions, our campaigns social media platforms. You empower us to drive usage, delight customers, and grow them.
Your goal will be to effectively strategize and promote FamPay. With teenagers being our primary target group, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the role requires you to be creative unconventional with respect to your marketing strategies.
On the job
- Help the performance team and optimise our acquisition campaigns through data, user research and creative refreshes
- Manage paid campaigns across channels, Google, Facebook, Snapchat affiliates.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to execute optimize campaigns.
- Generate leads, improve our data sets, target better audiences to drive the growth funnel.
- Working on improving existing campaigns and bringing new ideas to the table.
- Assisting performance team to tracking and reporting of existing campaigns through a data-driven approach.
- Needs to have a strong analytical data-driven mindset. Responsibilities will frequently include analyzing overall data to identify trends and diagnose issues relevant to performance marketing.
Requirements
- Final year or fresher.
- Analytical data-driven mindset with a creative edge. Knowledge of SQL is a big plus.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn new things quickly.
