The Scaled Programs Partner Marketing team plays a critical role in driving partner-led pipeline through global campaigns. We are looking for a talented Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our team to help us build and scale the growth engine that enables our partners to bring more Shopify to the world. You’ll bring this goal to life by planning, building, and optimizing partner marketing programs at scale to support Shopify partners globally.
This role will be responsible for various elements of Shopify's scaled demand generation programs for partners which may include: building and maintaining demand generation programs, engaging with preferred marketing agencies to support demand generation planning and execution, engaging with Shopify’s Partner Portal, executing marketing enablement and leveraging campaigns, content, assets, and tools to drive demand generation activities
This role requires you to be an excellent marketer, with demonstrated ability to identify and focus on high-leverage priority initiatives.The ideal candidate has a track record of building and driving demand generation programs with laser focus on driving impactful commercial outcomes. You are passionate about building and executing programs and campaigns that are data-driven and add value for partners and merchants alike. You are detail-oriented and well organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and managing multiple stakeholders towards a common goal.

Drive the planning and creation of global demand generation programs for partners, which includes identifying gaps, ideating solutions, building programs, and iterating to optimize program impact.
Collaborate and drive alignment with regional partner marketing and partner managers across geographies to execute scaled programs across a variety of partners including, agencies, SIs and ISVs.
Own end-to-end execution of integrated demand generation campaigns, events and programs. The campaigns will span multiple channels, including: email, social media, paid media, virtual events (e.g., webinars), content marketing, video, nurture, and more.
Manage a budget and tracking system to assess the effectiveness of your marketing programs and campaigns.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to build an effective program management and enablement plan to drive awareness, adoption, and usage of partner marketing scalable programs offerings, demand generation assets, and content
Collaborate with Shopify’s Partner Experience and Partner Enablement teams to drive awareness, adoption and usage of scaled programs offerings through partner marketing enablement.
Produce and deliver presentations to internal and partner audiences
Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably with partner, channel or e-commerce ecosystems and with a history of leading demand generation, partner programs, and/or partner marketing programs
Experience producing successful demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns that span geographies to reach commercial targets
Experience managing multiple stakeholders with different opinions to a common outcome
Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills while being able to stay focused on the big picture and pay attention to details
Proven ability to lead and execute on projects that involve alignment and collaboration across disciplines and crafts
Experience informing and influencing commercial business, and product marketing strategy
A resourceful attitude that can proactively seek out information to influence action
Ability to thrive in uncertainty, resolve ambiguity and think quickly on your feet
Experience working with a global company and are excellent at executing across time zones and cultures
